What we provide
A conversational assistant, Sheila, that helps you think through marketing problems, and introductions to independent specialists when a job needs real hands. We are an introducer and a guide — we are not your agency of record unless we agree that separately in writing.
Sheila is not professional advice
Sheila is an AI assistant. She can be confidently wrong, out of date, or miss context about your business. Treat her suggestions as a starting point and use your own judgement before spending money or making commitments. We're not liable for decisions you take based on her output.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and using the service for a business.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Don't use the service to send spam or to build a competing product.
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Your content
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to process it in order to provide the service — that includes sending it to our AI provider to generate a reply. We won't use your content to train third-party AI models.
Specialist referrals
Specialists are independent businesses. Any contract for their work is between you and them, and they set their own prices and terms. We screen who joins the network and stand behind the quality of the match, but we're not responsible for their work or their conduct.
Fees
Where a paid plan or referral fee applies, the price and payment terms are shown before you commit. Fees are exclusive of any tax that applies where you are.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or £100. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like, and we'll delete your data as described in the privacy notice. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and the courts there have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer or local law where you live says otherwise.
This is a plain-English draft written for clarity, not a substitute for legal advice. Have a qualified adviser review it — and replace the placeholder company details — before you rely on it.
